Presidents Jeff Mattner and Elect Bob Congdon Announce the first scholarships at the AGN School in India will begin in June for the 2010-11 year.  Both Presidents thanked the Rotary Club of Victor Harbor and the 9500 Rotary Foundation District Grants Committee for joining with Adelaide Parks to make these first 4 student Scholarships possible.
